International Admissions
Your student’s home away from home.
Xceed is the school of choice for many international families, and we celebrate the diversity of cultures across each of our campuses.
As a SEVP-certified school, Xceed Preparatory Academy is authorized under Federal law to enroll nonimmigrant alien students by issuing a Form I-20 (“Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Student Status”) to students planning to study in the United States under an F-1 Visa.
Please take a moment to review our 4-step application and enrollment process for international students.
Step 1: Apply to Xceed
Begin the application process by filling out the online application. To access the application, click the APPLY NOW button at the bottom of this page. A non-refundable payment of a $250 application fee is required to submit the form. If enrolled, this fee will be applied toward the total annual international student tuition of $22,000.
Step 2: Submit Documents
Please be prepared to upload the following to the Online Application:
- Foreign mailing address
- Local U.S. mailing address, if applicable
- Student Passport
- Report card or recent transcript (must be in English, be stamped with the school seal and include the hours per week per course)*
- Recent TOEFL or IELTS score or interview with admissions
- Current bank statement showing sufficient funds for tuition and fees (must be converted to USD)
If presenting a transcript from a school outside of the United States for high school credit, a one-time non-refundable $500 transcript evaluation fee will be charged and is not applied toward total tuition.
Step 3: Admission Committee Review
Xceed’s Admission Committee will review all information submitted and determine acceptance. If accepted, a non-refundable payment of a $1,500 enrollment fee is required and will be applied toward total tuition. If accepted, enrollment documents will be provided and required to be submitted prior to meeting with the Head of School.
Step 4: Meet with the Head of School
Families meet with the Head of School to create a Personalized Learning Plan. During this meeting academic goals are discussed, courses are selected, and a schedule is created. The meeting can take place on-campus or via videoconference.
